Since he was a child, Brian was fascinated by pianos and knew that he would one day be a piano technician. ThBrian Turano provides unparalleled piano tuning and full piano service service for Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers and beyond. He services all makes and models of pianos, from concert halls to customers homes. After two years in music school, Brian decided to make the leap to being a professional piano technician. He moved to Boston and comenced his formal piano technology training at the North Bennet Street School. There, he graduated from both the Basic and Advanced Piano Technology programs. After his time in Boston, Brian worked as a full time concert technician at Steinway Hall Dallas/Fort Worth. He has also trained at the Steinway & Sons Factory in New York. Brian is the Head of Piano Technology at the Aspen Music Festival and School, as well as the Head Piano Technician at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
